Part of the Security Council's binding decisions are in conflict with its international obligations and human rights and humanitarian standards.This has brought individuals and entities to complain in the regional courts or member states courts. The judgment by these courts led to the abolition of some of the legislation of the European society and executive actions of Member States in enforcement of Security Council sanctions. Although the issue of court evaluation of Security Council decisions cannot lead to the cancellation and invalidation of a resolution under international law, it has changed the effects of the resolutions. However, such judicial evaluations can affect the long term and affect the performance of states in the implementation of Security Council resolutions. It can also undermine the integrity of international law because these states are required to comply with the judgment of the courts and on the other hand, will cause international responsibility for states to not enforce the Security Council sanctions. This article intends to review the judgment in this cases and with the analytical look of such judicial assessments in the implementation of the Security Council decisions could expose.
