In the creation complex, there has always been the problem of violating the right to security by some employees. Today, the human race somehow dominates other creatures; And just as in many cases they violate the rights of their fellows, they do not adhere to the rights of other creatures that are in contact with them. Violation of the right to security can be considered one of the most common examples of violation of the rights of other creatures by humans. From the point of view of Quran and narrations, animals have different rights like humans. including the right to security; which can be seen as the supervisor of their physical integrity; And also overseeing their psychological aspect. And since dealing with any kind of damage to the physical and mental dimensions of living beings is one of the subtleties and accuracy of the religion of Islam, therefore, researching the right to physical and mental security and increasing awareness about it can be a kind of awareness act. He considered it to be complementary and even preventive among the fields of law, sociology and Quran and Hadith. Because such a research can prevent both social harm and non-observance of religious standards towards living beings.
